Did you notice the attention Food gives are city?

There are  episodes, different shows, that I know of, that have been to Springfield...
Diners Drive In's and Dives--- did a segment on  Charlie Parker's --
Illinois Horseshoe Meal

Bobby Flay was here doing a Christmas Throwdown  with Gingerbread (cant find that link).. so have you tried or watched ?   what is your take?
